EACH OF THE 12 GUEST (KIDS) WILL HAVE CHOICE OF SELECT APPETIZER AND ENTREE, WITH UNLIMITED SODA. ONE FREE BIRTHDAY DESSERT. CAN BRING YOUR OWN CAKE, AS WELL. (ADULT FOOD & BEVERAGE NOT INCLUDED.)

12 ADULTS/ VIEWERS ALLOWED WITH PARTY (OUTSIDE OF THE 12 KIDS INCLUDED). IF THIS NUMBER EXCEEDS 12, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $15 PER PERSON. WRISTBANDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO ACCOUNT FOR ALL GUESTS.

A PARENT OR ADULT MUST BE PRESENT AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING THE CHILDREN AND ABIDING BY ALL RULES & GUIDELINES. OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW RULES & GUIDELINES PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. BUT PLEASE REFER BELOW TO SAFETY RULES & GUIDELINES BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR EVENT'S END TIME. THERE MAY BE OTHER BOOKINGS FOLLOWING YOUR PARTY.

SAFETY RULES & GUIDELINES

One Player at a Time: Only one person should be on the turf area when play is in action.

Awareness: Always check your surroundings before swinging to ensure no one is within your range.

Practice Swings: Take practice swings only within the turf area.

No Horseplay: Running starts, throwing clubs or balls in any direction except towards the screen, and any form of horseplay are strictly prohibited.

Behavior Expectations: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Horseplay, shouting, or disruptive actions are not permitted.

Supervision: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Food & Drinks: NO food, drinks, or glassware are allowed inside the simulator bays.

Courtesy: Be respectful and courteous to other users.

Noise Levels: Maintain a reasonable noise level to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

Damage Responsibility: Users are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow rules.

Time Management: Be mindful of your allotted time. If your session ends, promptly conclude your activities to allow the next user timely access.

Equipment Expectations: Avoid leaning on, touching, or placing objects near the simulator screens, monitors, sensors, or projectors. Handle all equipment, including clubs and balls, with care to prevent damage. If you notice any malfunctioning equipment or experience any accidents, inform the staff immediately so appropriate action can be taken. Keep the simulator area clean and free of obstructions.

Enforcement Policy: Adherence to Simulator Rules

1. Obligation to Follow Rules: All users are expected to comply with the established rules and guidelines of the simulator facility.

2. First Violation: Verbal Warning:  Upon the first instance of non-compliance, staff will issue a verbal reminder outlining the specific rule(s) violated.

3. Second Violation: Termination of Session: If non-compliance continues after the initial warning, staff reserve the right to terminate the user's session immediately.

4. Repeated or Severe Violations: Repeated disregard for rules or any severe misconduct may result in suspension or permanent revocation of simulator access privileges.
